The size of the Bracelet is universal as it is locking Bracelet which easily fits on any size arm, thus the item is not applicable for return regarding size issue nor for refund if still refund is required on return it would be made excluding the courier charges Rs:- 120/-(one hundred and twenty rupees only) or as applicable.

 

For minor colour design variation in the product from the photograph shared would not be eligible for exchange or return.

 

 

 

As you receave the courier please see if it is damaged or unpacked, don't receave such and inform the customer care number 9850945550. While unboxing the courier kindly video record the box clearly from all directions and post to swastikin WhatsUp number as above as a proff in case of damage item.

 

 

7 (Seven) days return policy strictly in any case from receiving your courier.

 

 

The item should be in original condition undamaged and unused, with the same box undamaged.                                      

 

Once our warehouse receaves the returned item you will be informed about the same within 24 hours after receiving, genuine reason would be considered for return and then approved by our store manager, then Action for exchange or refund would be taken maximum within 7 (seven) working days.

 

 

You would be informed by our company through email/WhatsApp/Text with transaction ID. The refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the product is returned.

 

 

The items that are with "sale" tag  or “ gifted” items would not be refunded or replaced at any cost also the items which are free with the main item would not be replaced. 

 

 

Defective or damaged items only will be exchanged.

 

 

Item ordered if unfortunately out of stock our consumer service will inform you where you can chose another product or refund shall be made for the same.
